Who says singers aren't musicians, too? (well maybe guitar players...)
But really we do have to know when to come in, and if we are going to be able to achieve anything in todays do-it-yourself artist development environment, we need all the skills we can get to help us deal with getting our demos out, directing bands, and just generally getting the respect we need from out fellow musicians.
